Avisha majored in business with a focus on Management Information Systems at George Mason University. Upon studying abroad in 9 countries including Italy, Spain, Greece & Russia, she fell in love with the diversity, rich culture, and most of all, the beautiful architecture & historic structures of the world.
Upon completing her B.S. Avisha joined her sister in a family venture where they launched the successful Sorelle brand for HSN. Her natural charm and gift of gab put her in the front seat of every experience with endless possibilities. Taking full advantage of her opportunities, she immersed herself in the business world and quickly became a successful entrepreneur selling over $100 million dollars on television networks worldwide.
Her outstanding work ethic, ambition & aggressive hustle drives her success which is why you need her on your side. By observing, she quickly learned long hours behind a desk does not quantify success. As a result, she implements her ‘work smart’ technique everywhere - putting in the right amount of time at the office and still making it to the 6pm social hour because networking & connections are equally as important as meetings & paperwork. This system provides Avisha with an arsenal of contacts ranging from business owners & investors to government officials & high net worth individuals. Her internet savvy and knowledge of up & coming technologies allows for effective marketing of your property to the right pool of buyers through current market outlets.
Avisha’s initiative runs deeper than business however, her good-hearted desires to help people brings fulfillment to her life. In 2010 Avisha & her husband launched a 501-c nonprofit. With the mission “Give to Live”, the Kassir Foundation strives to provide the homeless with food, clothing & education to improve the quality of life for those living on the streets.

Hungry for knowledge, Anne studied Neuroscience and researched artificial organs at the University of Pittsburgh. During her college years, she launched and managed a Home Décor business while continuing her studies at Harvard University & residing in the heart of Boston.
Partnering with her younger sister Avisha, the pair went on to establish their brand, Sorelle, in 2004 for the Home Shopping Network. Over the next decade, the Sorelle Sisters were invited monthly to design and feature their crystal & porcelain decoratives on additional television networks around the globe such as Shop NBC, Ideal World England, TVSN Australia, and The Shopping Channel England.
Selling over a $100 million dollars worldwide as a home design expert does not even scratch the surface of the qualifications possessed by Anne to work with clients on the sale or purchase of real estate. Along with attaining her real estate licensure, Anne studied at the oldest & largest auction school in the world. She is a member of the National and the Virginia Auctioneers Associations in addition to completing studies as an Auction Technology Specialist, Benefit Auction Specialist, and Certified Estate Specialist.
Among keeping up with the demands of a successful business life, Anne is a dedicated mother of two incredibly talented & busy teenagers. Not only does she serve as a board member for the Loudoun Symphony & the Loudoun Youth Orchestra, she also serves a diverse menu in the kitchen, taking the time to cook delicious made from scratch meals like an executive chef. She loves entertaining and preparing wholesome nutritious eats for her family, friends, and children’s track, football and skiing teammates.
