    SOUTH BEACH MANGO FESTIVAL — JULY 27-28

    Sure, you’ve probably gotten so many mangoes from friends and neighbors offloading them on everyone in sight that you’re sick of them. Too bad! Mango season isn’t over yet, thanks to the Miami Beach Mango Festival. The second annual edition features a farmers’ market, tasting demos, a kids’ area and much more.

    SEA TURTLE SEASON – THE MONTH OF JUNE

    The beaches are sizzling and turtle nesting season is upon us. If you are heading out to the beaches, please pay attention to nesting areas, they will be roped off and clearly marked, avoid getting near these areas or trampling on the eggs! It is against the law to disturb turtles, nesting or otherwise, their eggs and their hatchlings!

    REDLANDS SUMMER FRUIT FESTIVAL – JUNE 22-23

    The Summer Fruit Festival showcases locally grown produce and fruits, this is your chance to try all sorts of “exotic” fruits as well as our juicy and delicious ripe regulars with that fantastic summer flavor.
